1. Order Size and Mixed-Load Planning
Low-MOQ orders and mixed-product containers are generally available. Send the required quantity for each SKU, product grade, packaging format and destination so we can confirm the order plan. Each SKU’s minimum quantity and mixed-load arrangement are confirmed in the quotation.
2. Bag Formats and Container Planning
Available packing options include 25 kg bags, 1,250 kg bags and 1,350 kg bags. Reference net loads for sodium-bicarbonate-only 20-foot containers are approximately 27 tonnes with 25 kg bags, 25 tonnes with 1,250 kg bags and 27 tonnes with 1,350 kg bags.
Custom packing and palletization are available. Confirm the final packing format and loading plan against container payload and transport limits on your route. Palletized or mixed-product loads may differ from these reference loads and are confirmed in the quotation.
3. Receiving and Palletization
Before choosing loose bags or pallets, confirm your unloading equipment, bag-handling capacity and warehouse requirements. Ask your forwarder or customs broker to confirm any destination-specific requirements. We can quote custom packing and palletized loading for the agreed order.
4. Choose the Grade Before the Packing
Select the product grade for the intended application first, then choose a packing format that suits your receiving process. Bag size alone does not establish whether a product is suitable for food, feed, aquaculture or pharmaceutical use. Review our sodium bicarbonate product options before confirming your order.
5. Confirm Labels and Documents Before Dispatch
Send your label language, artwork and document requirements with the enquiry. Review the proposed label and available documents for the specific grade and shipment before dispatch. Confirm destination-specific import and labeling requirements with your customs broker; this article is not a country-specific compliance checklist.
6. Compare the Complete Quotation
Compare the quoted product quantity, packing format, palletization, freight terms and destination together. We confirm any additional packing or handling charges in the quotation. A larger bag or mixed load does not automatically mean a lower delivered cost.
7. Prepare Your Packing Enquiry
Include the intended application, required grade, quantity per SKU, preferred bag size, pallet requirement and destination port. Low-MOQ and mixed-product requests are generally available, with each SKU and loading arrangement confirmed in the quotation. Dispatch is usually within one week, with the schedule confirmed for each order. Transit time is separate.
