How purchasing works
- Send your purchasing list. Tell us the products, required grades, approximate quantity of each, destination port and documents you need.
- Confirm specifications and quantities. We review the specification, grade, packaging and documents for each item, then confirm the quantities for quotation.
- Plan a combined shipment. We check product characteristics and compatibility while coordinating the container and loading plan.
- Review the quotation and documents. Check the quantity and packaging of every line item, the transport scope and estimated dispatch window. We agree trade and payment terms together. Certificates applicable to the goods supplied can be provided for review.
- Arrange dispatch and follow-up. Once the order is confirmed, Bergano coordinates the goods and accompanying documents. A certificate of analysis (COA) is supplied for the shipped batch, with dispatch updates against the agreed schedule.
